        E-Gets/Cambodia has been in operation for four months since its launch in August this year. During this time, there have been more than 1,000 E-Gets/Cambodian single-site partners, and users have grown from 100 users in the first month to 30,000+ users.

As of December 9th, 2018, E-Gets/Cambodian single-point take-out online transactions exceeded 80,000 orders (single store sales of up to 1221), and our take-away riders also provided the corresponding number of delivery services for the ride mileage. More than 170,000 kilometers.

The construction of this achievement comes from the technical team, marketing team, operation team and customer service team that we have been working overtime all night. It also comes from our distribution riders who provide fast food delivery service on the front line. Team and other partners; more from trusting us, joining us, and working with us to build each business partner of this platform. Thanks to your support, our users can enjoy more choices and more favorable high-quality take-out service.

Since the establishment of E-Gets/Cambodian single-point take-out, we have adhered to the principle of “customer first” and provide high-quality fast food delivery service to our customers. The target is radiated to Southeast Asian countries and regions. So for now, we are just taking a small step forward. In order to continuously improve the technical level, continuously compress the delivery service time, and optimize the service experience of users' online ordering, E-Gets/Chun Sing has investigated the consumption of 3,000 users in terms of user experience in the past 3 months. The experience and 10,000 ordering reviews aggregated six questions from the users with the highest level of attention. These data references can help each merchant partner better understand the users on the platform, increase the number of orders and reduce the number of user complaints:
