Responsibilities:
1. Develop overall strategic plan for human resource and establish human resource management system;
2. Establish human resource process and management system;
3. In charge of the establishment of company's organizational structure;
4. Build talent team and talent pool;
5. Build and implement the company's salary and performance incentive management system, recruitment and allocation system, training system, coworker relationship, labor risk and other modules;
6. Take lead in culture system building and management, administration system and work flow establishment, maintenance of external administrative relations and corporate image;
7. Identify and address problems in a timely manner;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the chairman.
Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor degree or above, 30-40 years old, majored in human resources, management or relevant field;
2. More than 3 years of Internet HRD work, HRD experience in O2O industry is preferred;
3. Strategic thinking and execution, management skills, communication skills, leadership, decision-making, team building, corporate operation and management knowledge, system management knowledge, and psychology knowledge;
4. English Proficiency: CET-6 or TEM-8;
5. Cheerful, positive, able to work under pressure.
